AI with your organisation's operating manual loaded in.
Off-the-shelf AI gives fluent, confident answers — just not specific enough to act on. JIT-PATHS grounds AI in your context, your rules and where each person actually stands, so the guidance fits your world and arrives the moment it is needed.
Built by engineers who have spent thirty years on the receiving end of technology promises.
You have probably already seen at least two of these.
Not a survey. Not a statistic. Just the things that keep happening.
- A pilot that impressed everyone in the room and never reached a second process.
- A data platform that took years and answers no question anyone actually asks.
- An assistant deployed internally that colleagues opened once.
- A board asking for an AI strategy and receiving a list of tools.
- Procurement scoring vendors on features nobody can connect to a decision the organisation makes.
- A demonstration that worked on the vendor's data and cannot be repeated on yours.
If two of those are familiar, the rest of this page is aimed at you.
Getting real value out of AI for complex work is not easy. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling.
We know because we have been working on it without a break for months, and we are still working out how to make it accessible. What we have concluded is that trying to solve the whole problem in one step does not work — there are too many moving parts, and no single person in the room is accountable for the gap between it works and it works here, in this business.
So we use thirty years of systems engineering to break it into steps you can approve, stop or change your mind about — one at a time.
Guidance that fits — because it starts from where you are.
It knows your position
It works out where a person or a project actually stands before it advises. The guidance is relevant to that situation, not to the average of everyone's.
Loaded with your world
Your policies, methods and standards are built in, so answers reflect how your organisation actually works — not how the internet assumes it does.
It surfaces blind spots
It raises the risks people don't know to ask about. The failures that hurt most are almost always the ones nobody named in time.
Just in time
The right guidance at the moment of the decision — not a course delivered months earlier and forgotten by the time it mattered.
Governed and traceable
Answers can be traced back to what informed them, so a decision can be explained to a board or a funder rather than defended on faith.
The content stays yours
Your knowledge remains your asset. What we build with you is something you own, not something you rent back from us.
Four steps. You can stop at the end of any of them.
Most of what you need already exists. We configure it to your world rather than building from scratch — which is why this is measured in weeks per step, not years.
Frame
We map your goal, your operating environment, and where value is actually won or lost. This is the step everyone skips and everyone regrets skipping.
Design the context
We work out what the system has to know, who it has to know it about, and what must be in front of it every single time. You approve this on paper before anything is built.
Build and prove
We stand up a working solution and test it against the acceptance standard agreed in step 2 — a standard written before the build, so it cannot be quietly moved afterwards.
Hand over
It runs on the platform you choose, and you own the context asset. If you later want to run it elsewhere, you can take it with you.
Three things, at three different stages of maturity.
We would rather tell you which is which than let you discover it later.
Consulting and design
Scoped engagements that frame the problem, design the solution and produce something you can approve or decline on documented facts. This is what we sell today, and it is delivered by us.
A body of method and reusable assets
Years of accumulated structure means we are not starting from a blank page on your project. It is why an engagement is a configuration rather than a construction, and why the cost profile is unusual.
A packaged product
A modular version others can deploy for themselves. We are building towards it and we are not there yet. When it ships we will say so — until then, treat it as our direction of travel, not an offer.
What we cannot do for you.
A guide who only ever describes problems his product happens to solve is a salesman with a better vocabulary. So, plainly:
If the expertise lives only in people's heads and nobody in the organisation is willing to write it down, no amount of engineering will conjure it. This is the single most common reason these projects stall, and it is not a technical problem.
If the process the system supports is one people are actively working around, a better system makes the workaround more sophisticated. That has to be addressed by you, before us.
We have proven the method works, on paper and in build, and demonstrated it in real settings. We do not have years of production results at institutional scale, and we will not imply that we do.
Organisations where being wrong is expensive.
Growing businesses
Help your people make the right call without a consultant permanently on retainer.
Learning and development
Turn static training into guidance that arrives at the moment of the decision and knows who is asking.
Funders and programmes
Give the ventures and suppliers you back a governed development path — and see where each one actually stands.
Where does your team actually stand?
Five minutes, six questions, no email required. It works out where you are before it tells you anything — which is exactly what the product does, run on you first.
